1. Subscription & Service Fees
Doxlab.net offers digital services delivered instantly upon activation. By purchasing a subscription or paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
2. No Refunds on Used Services
Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to features, all payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or used.
3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions)
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our side
The service was unavailable for an extended period due to a technical issue solely caused by Doxlab.net
Duplicate charges were made to your account
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future billing.
You will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.
7. Plan Changes & Downgrades
If you downgrade or change your plan, changes will take effect in the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise. Any remaining balance or unused credits are non-refundable.
